At Northern Lakes Evangelical Church we have various events and activities just for Women.
Women’s Growth Groups
Women’s Growth Groups are great places for women of all ages to get to know one another better, to study the Bible and to pray together. There are multiple groups at two different times.
- Thursday Morning Groups: 9.30 – 11.30am, at Warnervale Community Hall, corner of Warnervale Rd and Virginia Rd. A creche is provided.
- Thursday Afternoon groups: 4.00 – 6.00pm, Norah Head.

Women Connecting
The first Monday of the month, women of all ages go out for dinner.
This is a social event to build relationships and welcome newcomers to the church.

Gingerbread House Night
We are having a Gingerbread House night 7.30pm, Saturday 26 November 2011 at Warnervale Hall (Virginia Rd. Warnervale).
It is a fun night to make a Gingerbread house and hear a Christmas Talk. Tickets must be pre-purchased by the 6th November and cost $25. Contact Gerda 4390 7821.
Women’s Retreat
Each year in March we have a Women’s Retreat where we go away together to hear God’s word taught and encourage one another.

WKC (Women’s Katoomba Convention)
We are going to Womens Katoomba Convention on 9th – 11th September. It is a great time of hearing God’s word taught and getting to know other women at church.

Playtime
A playgroup style morning for mothers (or fathers or grandparents) and their pre-school children.
We have a variety of craft, games, songs and special outings.
